We titled the album "Africa" as a tribute to the African Continent, it's our way of showing that we love our African roots and are proud to highlight the countless good qualities of the "Mother" Continent: Natural rhythms and dance. Through our songs, we wish to lift the image of Africa and we are happy to stay to help portray a positive image. Despite the difficulties and challenges we face on a daily basis as refugees, our inspiration comes from God, who gave us the strength to miraculously produce the album. This can be liken to the adaptability of the continent and the resilience of her people. Singing comes naturally to us because it's in our Oral Tradition, so we didn't need formal training in Music to compile this album.
The album was recorded at the XFame Studios in Accra, Ghana with Joe Amoah as engineer.
